The Jack County Appraisal District Board of Directors are accepting proposals for Industrial (Real and Personal Property), Mineral Interests (Oil, Gas, Sand & Limestone), Telecommunication, Electrical Generation & Distribution, Battery Storage, Electrical & Gas Providers, Bitcoin Mining, AI Data Centers, Solar & Wind Farms, Railroad, and Pipelines for Jack County Appraisal District for the 2027 & 2028 tax year.  All proposals must sealed and clearly marked “JCAD MIUP PROPOSAL 2026” and delivered to Nichole Rose, Deputy Chief Appraiser, 210 N Church Street  Jacksboro, TX 76458.  The deadline for the proposals is 5:00 P.M. on April 30, 2026 at which time and place they will publicly be opened and read aloud.

The Board of Directors of the Jack County Appraisal District reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals received or to waive any irregularities or information in any proposal received, to negotiate with the provider or providers whose proposals are deemed most susceptible of contract award.  

The Board of Directors of the Jack County Appraisal District will make a vendor decision on or around May 19, 2026
